Tao

“Gather energy together,

But do not use force.

Force will cause the flow to cease.

Use the power of air and water,

Not force.

Force will cause the flow to cease.

No immovable roots,

No stirring of dust,

Only the TAO,

The way of nature.

This is called Tai Chi.”
